These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and agam6 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the agam6 platform, website, and services located at https://agam6.cam. By registering an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by the User on the agam6 platform for the purpose of accessing services and placing wagers.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use agam6 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When registering for an agam6 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Choose a strong password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your Account.
• Complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures) when requested by agam6, which may include submitting government-issued identification documents such as Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport.

2.3 Account Restrictions

agam6 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we determine that:

• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The User has violated any provision of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The User has created multiple accounts or attempted to circumvent account limitations.
• The Account is being used by someone other than the registered account holder.
• The User is under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Deposit Methods

agam6 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from a bank account registered in the User's legal name.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amounts vary by banking method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the selected banking method and the User's financial institution.
• agam6 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your agam6 Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. agam6 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request withdrawals of available account balances to their verified Indonesian bank account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the User's legal name matching their verified agam6 Account.
• Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements must be cleared before withdrawals can be processed.

4.2 Processing Times and Fees

agam6 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. agam6 does not charge withdrawal fees, though Users' banks may impose receiving fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, agam6 requires that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals of unplayed or insufficiently wagered funds may be declined or subject to administrative fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

agam6 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10,000 to Rp 50,000 per bet depending on the bonus).
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be wagered within a specified time period (typically 7-30 days) from the date of issuance, after which they expire.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

agam6 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings confiscated.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the agam6 Platform, Users agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by agam6 in its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned, depending on specific sports rules and market conditions.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain bet types, particularly accumulator bets and high-odds selections.
• agam6 reserves the right to void bets, limit stakes, or refuse wagers in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or error.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the agam6 Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purposes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward agam6 staff or other Users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any aspect of the Platform software.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

agam6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Users may implement the following controls on their Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after specified gaming durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, agam6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of agam6 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. Users who do not agree to modified Terms must close their Account before the changes take effect.
